Over 60s Music & Movement

  • A class full of flowing Movement to Music, which will help you stay active and mobile.

  • Starting with a gentle warm-up, followed by simple dance steps and exercises, all accompanied by uplifting music.

  • There is no floor-work and no equipment required other than non-grippy shoes.

  • You will improve your balance, coordination and confidence whilst having a sing-along and keeping fit!
